DR. ELLA TOYNTON

Hi, I’m Ella, a GP with a focus on women’s health, here to offer care that’s thorough, approachable, and always tailored to you.

With postgraduate qualifications in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, and Skin Cancer Medicine, as well as an honours degree in Exercise Physiology, I’ve built a practice that blends clinical knowledge with a calm, real-world approach.

Originally from the UK, I trained in Wales and moved to New Zealand for a better balance, now calling Hawke’s Bay home. Outside of seeing patients, I am often found with my family in the garden, cooking, or at the beach. I am enthusiastic about all sports, with particular loves of racket sports, surfing and skiing.

So whether you have a specific concern, wanting a Well Woman check,contraception advice, or just want to feel heard, I’m here to help you feelempowered and supported in your health journey.
